A mixin with convenience methods for clients of AutomaticKeepAlive.

Subclasses must implement wantKeepAlive, and their build methods must call super.build (which will always return null).

Then, whenever wantKeepAlive's value changes (or might change), the subclass should call updateKeepAlive.
